You can send full paper or abstract.
Is it possible to submit the full paper after the conference?
If your full paper is not ready, you can participate in the conference with your abstract. Then, you have time to submit your full paper by the specified due date after the conference.
What will be published in the conference proceedings?
All the submitted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
Which papers will be published in Springer CCIS Book Series?
The full papers, received before the conference, will be reviewed and selected for Springer CCIS Book Series based on the quality and subject.
What if my paper is not selected for Springer CCIS Book Series?
The full papers (not selected for Springer CCIS Book Series or submitted after the conference) will be reviewed and selected for one of the journals. You can see the journal’s list on the conference website: “Publisher & Journals”:
How can I present my paper?
Your paper can be presented in around 15 minutes. After that, you may respond to the audiences’ questions.
How long does it take to review a submitted paper?
The estimated time of reviewing papers for presentation in the conference will be maximum 2 weeks after submission.
The initial review result of selecting for Springer and Journals will be about 4 weeks.
What are presenting methods in the conference?
The papers will be presented either in-person or on-line, through ZOOM platform.
Is it possible to submit a paper in languages other than English and Turkish?
All submitted papers must be written in English or Turkish.
But the papers related to a special symposium, in which other languages are accepted, can be also submitted.

What is the registration fee?

After receiving your paper’s acceptance, you will receive an email including the invoice with account information.
Should I have extra payment for publication in Springer or Journals?
You will not pay any extra charge for publishing your paper in Springer or the journals.
Should I pay before registering on the website or registration is free of charge?
You register free of charge to be able to login using your own username and password and submit your paper/abstract.
But after the acceptance of your paper/abstract by the conference, the invoice will be issued and sent to you to be able to pay the conference fee.
Is there any deadline for using the promotional plan?
It is recommended to afford the promotional packages by the abstract deadline.

There are not any limitations.
How would I get a copy of the conference proceedings?
The soft copy of the conference proceedings will be sent to all authors and will be accessible on the conference website.
How would I get a copy of the Springer’s proceeding?
The Springer proceeding will be available for those who have accepted papers in Springer.

What is the meaning of Home Page in the registration section?
This is your personal webpage if you have. It’s optional. You can leave it empty if you don’t have home page.

Is there any template for submitting paper or abstract to ODSIE 2025?
At the first phase, there is not any template.
But after the conference, when your paper is selected for publication in Springer or any specific journal, you will be asked to revise the paper according to their required template.
How long does it take to get the acceptance of the submitted abstract/paper?
It mostly depends on the time you submit the abstract/paper. However, the conference team do their best to send the acceptance ASAP.
