Panel Proposal

Organize Your Panel at ODSIE 2025

We are excited to invite specialists and scholars to organize and lead a panel at ODSIE 2025. Your involvement as a panel chair will certainly add value to the conference.

 

 Each panel will include:

  1. A minimum of 5 papers on related topics, with no cap on additional submissions.
  2. Although panel papers are generally invited by the chair, other submitted papers may also be considered.
  3. A customized poster for your panel will be provided to help you effectively promote it to your contacts, students, colleagues, and across social media platforms such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

 
Panel chair benefits include:

  1. The ability to recommend the best presentations for publication in Springer and related Journals.
  2. One paper submission free of charge, with a 50% discount on a second paper submission.
  3. A certificate of participation as a panel chair at ODSIE 2025.

If you wish to propose a panel for ODSIE 2025, please send the following details to scicoord@refconf.com. Please ensure that “ODSIE 2025- Panel Suggestion” is included in the subject line of your email:

  1. Your CV
  2. The title of your panel
  3. Your affiliation and photo for conference website and poster
  4. A list of your panel-mates, their affiliations, and photos (if desired)
  5. Your WhatsApp Number for further contacts if necessary
