Participation Fee

Please note that:

  • A Turkish attendee is defined as a participant with a valid affiliation in Turkey.
  • A 20% discount will be provided to all board members and students affiliated with ODSIE 2025’s scientific sponsors (the list of scientific sponsors can be found here).
  • All students and members affiliated with Istinye University will receive a 50% discount.
  • Registration fee for online participants covers the following:
    • E- Certificate of attendance, speech, or presentation (For all authors)
    • E-package of conference
    • Access to all technical panels, workshops, and other programs
    • Publishing the paper in the conference proceeding
  • Registration fee (except listeners) includes one paper; for more papers, an extra charge will be added per each paper (All authors shall be the same):
    • Non-Turkish Authors: Euro 100
    • Turkish Authors: TL 850
  • The fee covers participation in the conference and not publication. If papers are accepted for publication by Springer or journals, authors are not required to make additional payments.
  • Registering for the conference does not guarantee the publication of your paper in the Springer book or journals. Publication is contingent upon the quality level of the paper and its adherence to the standards of the journals or Springer. However, it is worth mentioning that almost all papers presented at past conferences have been published in the Springer book or one of the associated journals.
