Organize Your Mini-Conference (Symposium)

We are pleased to invite you to organize and manage a mini-conference in the form of a symposium at the ODSIE 2025 International Conference.

This symposium can be held in collaboration with your university or institute to enhance mutual benefits and foster meaningful opportunities for engagement.

The symposium will feature the following:

  1. A mini-conference format focusing on a specific topic of your choice, aligned with the conference’s scope.
  2. Two to four professional panels.
  3. Presentations of 10 to 24 research papers.

Advantages of Organizing a Symposium:

  1. The symposium organizer can recommend selected papers for publication in Springer or associated journals; however, the final decision will be made by the conference’s technical program chairs.
  2. The symposium organizer will receive a certificate recognizing their contribution to managing the symposium.
  3. The university or institute of the symposium organizer can be acknowledged as a co-organizer of the symposium. This recognition will appear in the conference proceedings, Springer CCIS Book Series (indexed in Scopus), the conference website, and announcements in international associations.
  4. The symposium organizer will receive financial support from the conference. For further details, please contact us.
